In celebration of Black History Month, we turn the spotlight on Meshawn Woods and LeShawn Parrish; the twin sisters have worked for the company for more than 15 years.

In 2023, Dewar’s swept the blended scotch categories in the International Whisky Competition, along with McLeod’s triumph as Master Blender of the Year.

HARMAN is helping to create new pathways for women in science through its collaborative efforts with partners such as the 1,000 Dreams Fund. HARMAN aims to eliminate barriers and ignite inspiration among the next generation of female leaders pursuing careers in STEAM fields.

The feeling of contributing to such a monumental event brought a wave of emotions over me. The camaraderie among the Dream Team members and the recognition from Cisco executives made me realise the numerous opportunities and pathways for women in IT.

This year’s theme for Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day is Inspire Inclusion. So, to honor and celebrate the courageous women of the world (and at The Bell!), we will continue to tell their stories and amplify their voices.

As a Business Access Advisor at U.S. Bank, Cassandra Kidd’s goal is to help underserved small businesses thrive by providing them access to information, connections and other resources.

Josiah Christopher’s interest in discovering how things work started when he was young and went beyond building blocks and Legos to taking apart household appliances.

Today and every day, it’s important to acknowledge the rich diversity and achievements of the Black community. And it’s also crucial that we not only reminisce about the past but also actively support and empower the Black community for the future.

International Women’s Day (IWD) gives us time to reflect on the achievements women have made before us, the unique challenges women may face today as they continue to break barriers, and what the future may look like for women as we move into a digital and low-carbon economy.
