In October 2023, Griffith Foods had the privilege of hosting “Nourishing the World: A Primer for Sustainable Diets,” webinar in partnership with Worldchefs – World Association of Chefs’ Societies. During the webinar, Griffith Foods experts Chef Mark Serice, Jackie Schulz, MS, RDN and Kim Frankovich touched on many topics including the importance and definition of sustainable diets, the impact of our food system, findings from the UN Food Systems Summit and several sustainable culinary demonstrations.
