Los beneficios y servicios de salud, una de las seis áreas de impacto en el WELL Equity Rating, es otra área en la que una empresa puede ejercer este impacto a las mujeres. El apoyo para el cuidado de los hijos, las licencias por enfermedad y el acceso a la atención a la salud reproductiva pueden beneficiar en demasía a las mujeres trabajando para cierta organización. Dado que las madres que trabajan tienen 1.5 veces más probabilidades que los padres de dedicar tres o más horas adicionales a las tareas diarias del hogar en 2020, hoy en día el agotamiento es un desafío serio para las mujeres que trabajan.
