Join us in congratulating Chef Jamie Mestan CRC, Director of Culinary for Griffith Foods North America, who has been appointed to the California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) Advisory Board for their Food Science and Nutrition (FSN) Department! The Advisory Council’s mission is to advise and support the FSN department through a variety of activities, including assisting with curriculum decisions, helping with recruitment, and building connections in business and social communities. Chef Jaime is also the current president of the Research Chefs Association and a Certified Research Chef, adept at leading collaborative innovation strategies as well as nutritional and dietary menu creation through her expertise in Food Science and Culinary.
