Singh is the founder of Singh Solutions, a research and advisory firm offering CSR strategy, employee engagement and communication services and an active mentor for those looking to pursue a career in CSR and sustainability. She is an IEMA-Certified CSR Practitioner and trained in GRI reporting and UNGC guidelines. 

A writer at heart, Singh has contributed to a broad range of publications including Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg Businessweek, Ethical Performance, the ABA’s CSR Journal, Business Ethics Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and The Corporate Citizen. Over the last 10 years Singh has reported on a wide range of issues including the job market, career management, sustainable business practices, CSR strategy, integrated reporting, diversity and women’s leadership in the workplace.
