Andy has co-authored 'Big Business, Big Responsibilities: From Villains to Visionaries' with Matthew Gorman and Dunstan Hope, highlighting how the business sector is leading more social change and development than many people think.

Andy explains how corporate responsibility has really moved into the mainstream now and asserts the crucial role of organisations such as IBLF in this space.

He goes on to state that innovation is at the heart of successful businesses, adding that a significant part of international development is driven by business. "Yes, there are still challenges and yes there are some companies that need to improve - but there are companies out there who are taking (the role of business in development) very seriously and innovating," explains Andy.
