NEW YORK, New York - Nima Hunter, Inc. & Ethical Corporation have developed a Corporate Social Responsibility survey to assess attitudes and behaviours of worldwide CSR practitioners on key issues, strategies and tactics specific to corporate responsibility. The aim of the survey is to provide a clearer understanding of factors driving businesses commitment to sustainable development, triple bottom line reporting and other tactics for development of important CSR issues such as ISO 14001 certification of suppliers, GRI sustainability reporting, Expensing of Stock Options, NGO's representation on the Board of Directors etc.
The survey report will also be distributed free to attendees of the two day conference, to be held in New York on October 2-4. The conference will provide participants with practical advice on how to integrate Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility into their business strategy. In-depth case studies will enable peers from around the world to exchange experiences on a variety of issues such as Human Rights Performance, Social Performance Measurement and other emerging issues in corporate social and environmental responsibility.
The conference will have key notes speeches, presentations and panellists from companies such as: Patagonia, Toyota, Hewlett Packard, Dupont, Microsoft, Intel, Citigroup, Alcan, Novo Nordisk, MTV Networks and Green Peace among others. The 3-day conference and workshop looks at the effective management of corporate responsibility on a global scale.
