DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2006--Managing day-to-day commitments and hectic schedules does not afford women in business time to take a step back and evaluate their direction. The slowing summer months provide an opportunity to ask insightful questions and gain invaluable perspective on their company's direction and their performance as its leader.
As a dedicated partner to women owners of growing businesses, the Principal Financial Group(R) will offer the complementary teleclass Getting Unstuck: Five Ways to Rejuvenate Mid-Year on Tuesday, July 25 at noon CST. During this class, women business owners will get an edge by learning how to evaluate their company's direction from a new angle and gaining insight into how they can assess their leadership style.
"With the overload of daily tasks and responsibilities, it's easy for women business owners to get bogged down in daily routine and lose focus on the big picture," said Michelle Swanda, corporate marketing manager of The Principal,(R) "This class is a rare opportunity to learn proven techniques from one of the nation's premiere experts to revitalize their organizations and leadership styles mid-year."
