When I took on my first role on a Leadership Team as the Chief People Officer of KFC, on my first day in 2012, my new boss, Martin Shuker, the General Manager, gave me some great advice that has stuck with me to this day.

In 2023, GoDaddy employees played a valuable role in working to fulfill our mission of empowering entrepreneurs everywhere, making opportunity more inclusive for all. Employees donated their time and resources to important causes, and the result was a positive impact.

One of my most rewarding accomplishments has been to establish The Habit’s first Equity, Inclusion & Belonging team, launching our first Business Employee Resource Group and the mentorship program to support our young talents’ professional and personal growth.
