The report also details how a new Group CR strategy, with a set of stakeholder-based 2012 objectives, was approved in 2009. This led to the creation of a new CR governance system with increased local responsibilities, as well as the incorporation of CR into the Group’s strategic planning processes in 2010.

For the first time, it is complemented by “Face” the 2009 international AXA Hearts In Action report (www.axa.com/lib/en/uploads/philanthropy/AXA_Rapport_Activite_AAC_2009_VA.pdf) Since 1991, AXA Hearts In Action, the Group’s international volunteer program, has provided assistance and support to people suffering from exclusion.
