The corporate citizenship report focuses on Danfoss', work within the areas Human Rights, Society Impact, Labour Rights, Environment and Climate and Product Responsibility. It contains the Company's progress against GRI indicators and United Nations Global Compact principles.
The Corporate Citizenship report features cases including, among others, supplier compliance on human rights issues, the use of health tests in the Group and anti-discrimination initiatives in South Asia. The report furthermore focuses on leadership management and employee development in a turbulent time. Finally, the report puts a spotlight on the Company's efforts with regard to climate, the Groups' carbon emissions and efforts to reduce its energy use and emissions.
