BAE Systems has published its eighth Corporate Responsibility Report. It demonstrates the company's progress against their corporate responsibility agenda and provides a clear statement about how they intend to continuously improve performance in this area.
Corporate responsibility is a key part of BAE Systems' company strategy and supports their focus on 'total performance' in the way they do business - delivering programme and financial results with attention to business conduct, safety, health, environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, community and education, and reputational issues throughout the organisation.
