E.ON UK publishes its 2007 Corporate Responsibility Report, available in pdf and online at
www.eon-uk.com/cr2007.

The online report provides a comprehensive account, with charts and case studies that shows a responsible and sustainable approach to how the company does business. The reporting period covers the 12 months from 1 January 2007 and details performance in relation to E.ON UK’s Changing Energy strategic programme.

E.ON UK has identified its Corporate Responsibilities, and what they mean to the company, to drive its actions so that customers, government and other stakeholders know what to expect. Six Corporate Responsibilities provide the framework and direction for the CR programme, and this year’s report follows this structure.

The report has been independently verified by the Reassurance Network and compiled using the G3 guidelines from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The report highlights activity across the UK business and complements the E.ON Group CR report 2007 available on the Group website, www.eon.com.

E.ON is one of the UK's leading power and gas companies - generating and distributing electricity and retailing power and gas - and part of the E.ON Group the world's largest investor-owned power and gas company. E.ON employs around 17,000 people in the UK.
