BAE Systems plc has published its seventh Corporate Responsibility Report which can be downloaded from the website www.baesystems.com/CorporateResponsibility/.

BAE Systems recognises its responsibilities to the people it employs, its customers and suppliers, its shareholders, the wider community and to the environment. It is a well managed and ethical company and is determined to be recognised for its world-class technology, skills and the seriousness with which it takes corporate responsibility.

BAE Systems sees social, ethical and environmental issues as important to its business performance, presenting both risks and opportunities. CR is embedded across BAE Systems’ global operations and overseen by a Corporate Responsibility Committee at Board level who review and monitor the management of CR risks and assist the Board to develop strategy and policy.

This year’s report highlights include:
