Office Depot, a leading global provider of office products and services, has released its 2007 Corporate Citizenship Report, entitled: “Fulfilling Our Vision – Living Our Values.”

The report, which highlights the Company’s commitment to community, ethics, diversity and environmental sustainability around the world during 2006, is available online at www.officedepot.com/corporatecitizenship. Hard copies of the report can be ordered via www.community.officedepot.com/svr.asp.

For the second consecutive year, the report references guidelines established by the Global Reporting Initiative. Additionally, selected data has been reviewed by PricewaterhouseCoopers – ensuring both the accuracy of the data and its comparability with similar documents produced by Office Depot’s peers in the global business community.

The Corporate Citizenship Report is an evolved version of Office Depot’s past Community Relations, Environmental Stewardship and Sustainable Value Reports.

Office Depot sees the 2007 Corporate Citizenship Report as one more step in the Company’s constant effort to acknowledge and validate the importance of both Office Depot’s Vision “Delivering Winning Solutions That Inspire Worklife” and Values: Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Customer Focus, and Accountability.
