Championing ability and enabling success, that’s what Ken’s Krew has achieved for the past 25 years. What started as a small vision at a kitchen table because of a lack of job opportunities for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities has now grown into a thriving program in nine states.
With funding from The Home Depot cofounder Ken Langone, Ken’s Krew has provided competitive in-store employment opportunities for more than 900 young adults. Take a look at what’s made this career program so successful and hear from people across all channels of the organization.
