Kohler Co. celebrates associate diversity through a recently launched associate-centric campaign. Dubbed “Altogether Kohler,” the campaign features a diverse representation of Kohler associates who came together to create an art installation comprised of associate self-descriptions. Inscribed on eye-catching, individually unique KOHLER WasteLAB tile pieces, these descriptors showcase the associates’ ability to bring their whole and true self to their work at Kohler and in their lives. The “Altogether Kohler” campaign is part of the brand’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program, which includes a commitment to engage balanced teams, inclusive culture, diverse suppliers, and new markets through diverse perspectives.
