WASHINGTON, February 2, 2021 /CSRwire/ - The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) will reach a historic milestone as the first United States organization in recent memory to host an all-women roundtable of corporate CEOs for a Latino audience. The CEO Roundtable is scheduled to be the final session of HACR's second annual Latina Empow(h)er Summit (LES), taking place virtually March 9-10, 2021. LES is a two-day leadership advancement program for high-ranking Latina professionals in Corporate America.
The CEO Roundtable has been HACR’s flagship forum over the last fourteen years. It gives Fortune 500 executives a national platform to share their Hispanic diversity and inclusion initiatives, executive leadership strategies, and paths to success.
The LES 2021 CEO Roundtable will be moderated for the third time by CNBC financial correspondent Bertha Coombs and will feature:
“We are thrilled to host three executive leaders for the Hispanic community’s first ever all-women CEO Roundtable,” said Cid Wilson, president and CEO at HACR. "These executives are corporate trailblazers and among the highest-respected leaders in their fields. We are inspired by their commitment to creating cultures of inclusion at their companies while achieving business success. LES attendees will gain invaluable insights from this session.”
The conversation will center around best practices for executive advancement, overcoming adversity, developing a C-suite mindset, and how panelists’ leadership will pave the way for future women CEOs in Corporate America.
