Newsweek recognized Tetra Tech as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies 2021.

Tetra Tech was among 400 firms selected for the list out of more than 2,000 companies evaluated. We also ranked among the top 10 companies in the Professional Services category. This accomplishment highlights our continued commitment to our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.

The thorough analysis of each company included evaluation in three corporate social responsibility (CSR) areas: environmental, social, and corporate governance. As we reflect on our performance in each of these areas, we are proud to see Tetra Tech listed among like-minded companies. The data used to evaluate these companies came from CSR Reports, Sustainability Reports, Corporate Citizenship Reports, and an independent survey given to 7,500 United States citizens.

At Tetra Tech, we seek clear, sustainable solutions in our projects and our communities. We address our clients’ toughest environmental, safety, and sustainability challenges with this intention in mind. Thanks to the efforts of our teams around the world, we are continuing to meet our ESG objectives and clients’ needs throughout 2020. We use our Leading with Science® approach and our Tetra Tech Delta technologies to deliver innovative solutions to help clients address the impacts of COVID-19, mitigate the risks of climate change, develop high performance buildings, and provide clean and safe water to communities around the world.

Tetra Tech incorporates sustainability not only in our projects and operations, but also in the communities where we live and work by:

• Aligning our business strategies and operations to support the efforts of United Nations Global Compact to end extreme poverty, fight inequality, and address climate change
• Promoting an inclusive culture through our Diversity & Inclusion Program and our global employee resource groups to support our multinational, multicultural, and highly collaborative workforce and ensure all voices are heard, all employees feel safe, and each of us can thrive
• Celebrating our employees’ participation in various sustainability efforts throughout the year and encouraging them through initiatives such as our first-ever Tetra Tech Healthy Life Challenge, which motivated our employees to get active during quarantine
• Giving back to the communities in which we live and work, including collectively donating to Water.org to provide clean water for families in the Philippines and volunteering our time and skills to train the next generation of leaders through our Science, Technology, engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Program
