Valley Bank Releases 2019 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

WAYNE, N.J., October 20, 2020 /CSRwire/ - Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ: VYL), the holding company for Valley National Bank, released Caring for Our Communities, the Bank’s 2019 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report that highlights its core beliefs to be a true advocate for its local communities by empowering them with tools, support and resources to succeed.

In 2019, Valley invested $1.4 billion to support communities and organizations in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Alabama including $445 million for Small Businesses, $261 million for Community Development Lending , $210 million for Community Development Investments, $313 million for 1-4 family residential mortgages and $168 million for multi-family housing.
