RSE USA is expanding its team and service offerings across the US and is pleased to announce that James Hall has joined the US consulting practice as a principal consultant. Recognized as a leader in the sustainable materials management and product stewardship arena, RSE USA helps organizations make critical decisions related to sustainability policies and strategy, management of materials at their end of life, stakeholder engagement and sustainability-related growth and cost-saving opportunities. 

James will be based in New Jersey and will work closely with the rest of the RSE team who are spread across various states. He has over 20 years of professional experience helping companies successfully navigate the intersection of business and sustainability. His career has involved helping businesses leverage sustainability to reduce cost, mitigate risk, uncover revenue streams, and build better brands. His recent consulting experience includes conceptualizing, designing, and implementing zero waste and zero waste to landfill programs across a broad range of industries including retail, manufacturing, government, hospitality, and sports and entertainment venues. James has a Bachelor of Business Administration and completed the Executive Sustainability Program at Presidio Graduate School. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and skilled at using the techniques and tools for process improvement, identifying and removing the causes of deficiencies.
