The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) offers Fortune 500 companies, committed to diversity and investing in the next generation of Hispanic corporate leaders, a leadership program designed to increase Hispanic representation and cultivate talent.  

Now in its ninth year, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (YHCA) program has received nearly 600 nominations and awarded over 200 finalists. The program was created to recognize young Hispanic executives who have made significant leadership contributions in the workplace while upholding a commitment to the Hispanic community.


Nominations for HACR’s YHCA program for Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies are due by 5:00PM on Friday, November 14, 2014.

To be eligible for the HACR YHCA program, nominees should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a U.S. based employee at a Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member company
  • Must be 25-40 years old at time award is received (April 28, 2015)
  • Must be of Hispanic descent
  • Have demonstrated leadership qualities within their respective corporations
  • Have a demonstrated commitment to the Hispanic community
  • Must attend the program for its entire duration: April 26-28, 2015 in Atlanta, GA
  • Previous HACR YHCA finalists are not eligible
