The Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE), a leading accredited training provider of sustainability in North America, delivered its globally recognized Certified Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner Training on November 14-15 in Atlanta. During this challenging two-day training course, CSE fully equipped participants with all the necessary tools to create comprehensive sustainability strategies and increase corporate sustainability performance.

At this full-booked and mentally stimulating training, executives from different states, countries and companies, including the Global Sustainability Director of Coca-Cola, the Senior Manager of Environmental Innovation of The Home Depot, the Sustainability Manager of KPMG, came together and added another building block at CSE’s mission in helping people move from having an understanding to Sustainability practices to results. Bahar Gidwani, Co-Founder and CEO of CSRhub, contributed to the success of this training by giving a presentation as a guest speaker on sustainability disclosure and how sustainability reporting can help increase every brand’s strength.

This training also focused on the GRI 4th generation guidelines, G4. By asking thought provoking questions and engaging in well developed conversations about Sustainability Reporting, professionals came to the same conclusion Sustainability (CSR) Reporting comes part and parcel in the complete sustainability journey of all companies, so they need to focus on and effectively plan each step that leads to that.
