Following the great success of its inaugural program last month in Atlanta, the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship is presenting Sustainability Reporting: A GRI Certified Program, May 15-16, in New York.
This course is an important extension of programming into the reporting segment by the Center, which has more than 27 years of experience helping organizations advance corporate citizenship through its courses, webinars, and signature research reports. Unlike other GRI training programs, this Center course is open only to corporate managers. Unique to this program -- and all Center courses -- is the real-life, practical component of current practitioners who share their perspectives and lessons learned in their GRI
This two-day program provides a comprehensive foundation in the elements of a GRI report, the GRI reporting process and in-depth exploration of key reporting activities. It delivers the necessary knowledge to start an initial GRI report or transform an existing CSR report into the GRI format. Completion of this course will prepare participants to:
This program is designed for professionals involved with any facet of the reporting process for their company. Individuals who provide quantitative and/or qualitative data, engage with stakeholders, or communicate the company’s economic, social or environmental impacts will benefit from this program.
