The Savannah Ocean Exchange, which is committed to finding solutions that inspire action to protect the globe’s oceans, recently announced the 2012 Call for Solutions, to individuals, companies and corporations dedicated to supporting economic growth and environmental sustainability. “Proven solutions need traction in the marketplace, and we see that happening through the Savannah Ocean Exchange. We saw great results from the competition for this award last year. It brought together great minds and great solutions from a wide range of scientific fields,” stated Mr. Lombardo. Mr. Connor echoed these remarks. “We’ve also made a commitment as a Worldwide Sponsor to Savannah Ocean Exchange. Environmental stewardship and economic success are not mutually exclusive concepts – in fact, it’s a winning combination that we work to achieve on a daily basis.”
