Non-profit organizations invited to apply for Innovation Generation grants to support science, technology, engineering, and math education

The Motorola Solutions Foundation, the charitable arm of Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI), today announced that it will provide $4.9 million in 2012 funding to U.S. science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education programs through its Innovation Generation grants program. The annual program has distributed more than $25.5 million in grants since 2007 and has incorporated hundreds of Motorola Solutions employee volunteers through mentorship opportunities with grantees.
