/PRNewswire/ - F&H Acquisition Corp., through its Fox and Hound®, Bailey's and Champps® restaurant concepts raised more than $1 Million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® during 2011.  Throughout the year, the Company' restaurants donate a portion of their appetizer platter sales to St. Jude and its restaurant locations raise money locally for the hospital. During the month of October all of the Company's Fox and Hound, Baileys, and Champps restaurants participated in St. Jude's Halloween pinup promotion.  During the promotion, restaurant employees asked patrons at checkout to support the hospital's groundbreaking research and lifesaving care by providing a one dollar donation. This is the sixth year that F&H has participated in St. Jude's Halloween Promotion. During that time, Fox and Hound, Bailey's and Champps and their customers have raised almost $3.5 million.

"We set a goal at the beginning of the year to raise one million dollars for St Jude. and are extremely happy to have achieved that goal," said Steve Johnson, CEO of F&H Acquisition Corp.  "As a part of this goal, our executive team made a promise to shave their heads when we met the one million dollar mark, and we kept our promise.  We have our guests and team members to thank for this achievement and are inspired by the great work that is done at St. Jude."
