• Food safety and nutrition has also made it onto the SRI in the Rockies Conference agenda for the first time this year. Its presence reflects the growing involvement of governmental entities around health and healthcare issues of the nation's obesity epidemic. Food companies are increasingly coming under scrutiny and governmental regulation. Are their products part of the problem or part of the solution?
