Additionally, Fern Daves, ITT Senior Counsel, was named a winner of the 2011 Global Counsel Award, which honors individuals and teams for outstanding in-house counsel and serves as recognition by peers for achievement in various fields.

Daves was named the individual winner in the Global Counsel Award's Regulatory category for non-financial services, and recognized for performing above and beyond the usual requirements of her profession and position. The fifth annual Global Counsel Award winners were selected from criteria such as effective communication, legal understanding, commercial awareness, depth and strength of team, and management skills.
