/PRNewswire/ - Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE: PNY) today released its inaugural sustainability report, emphasizing the role that good stewardship plays as a means of building sustainable value in the company for all stakeholders.

Piedmont opens the 24-page report with a definition of sustainability that identifies economic, environmental and social stewardship as key elements of the company's long term strategic goals.
