/PRNewswire/ - CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced the company's recognition of Earth Day 2011 by participating in 17 'Green Week' community volunteer activities across the globe aimed at building awareness and appreciation for the environment.

CA Technologies employees involved in Earth Day activities will take time out of their business day to volunteer and support organizations that have an environmental focus, and offer programs and services to benefit and improve local communities.

Employees will participate in activities which will take place in Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Cary, NC; Ewing, NJ; Framingham, MA; Islandia, NY; Lisle, IL; New York, NY; Plano, TX; Pittsburgh, PA and Tampa, FL. International CA Technologies employees will participate in Earth Day activities throughout Australia, Canada, Columbia, Denmark, India and Spain.
