Publishes at A Level for 2009

SEATTLE, Feb. 17 /CSRwire/ - Seattle-based Pacific Market International (PMI), owner of the iconic Stanley® and Aladdin® heritage brands, proudly announces the release of the company's first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report: A Cycle of Balance. Of the 175 US based companies who released reports, PMI was one of just fifteen which reported at an A-Level1, a recognized standard for corporate principles of accountability, responsibility, and sustainability.
PMI is one of twelve small to medium enterprises (SME) in the United States to publish and register a report with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in 2010. Corporate Responsibility has been a driving force for PMI since 1983. The company was founded with a vision and dedication toward Corporate Social Responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit permeating company culture.
