/PRNewswire-USNewswire/ - AmeriCares has received its largest corporate donation ever with a $1.8 million commitment from OdysseyRe, a Stamford, Connecticut-based company. OdysseyRe, a leading worldwide underwriter of property and casualty reinsurance, as well as specialty insurance, has provided significant support for AmeriCares programming initiatives, including a $1 million donation to help AmeriCares Free Clinics serve the uninsured in Fairfield County, CT.
