ScalePassion LLC, an online education and executive firm, is excited to announce the dates for a two-day strategic planning retreat for the non-profit community. The event, which will be held in person in South Florida (location to be determined) and online nationally on August 23 and 24, is the result of a six month collaboration between Robert U Craven, founder and president of ScalePassion and Leo Abdella, social entrepreneur and non-profit expert.

This non-profit focused strategic retreat is a two day, five-module, intensive course that takes you through all five stages of The ScalePassion Method for Non-Profits. The ScalePassion Method has proven successful in building multiple companies and is based on best-practices from companies such as Procter & Gamble and IBM. Recently the method has been modified and proven with non-profit organizations in the South Florida area. The retreat will be organized in a "think tank" creative environment and will also include follow-up coaching.

You will leave this retreat with:

• A laser-sharp focus on who your organization serves
• A multi-year vivid description and vision for your organization
• A clear and detailed organization plan in scalable phases
• A clear, concise, passion-based mission
• A phase 1 action plan with key objectives, metrics, responsibilities, communication & reward/recognition plans

You will receive a ScalePassion Truisms Manual and Workbook that will walk you through the retreat. Trained ScalePassion facilitators will guide you through self-directed activities with your entire management team and key board members. In addition, your fee will grant you two 2-hour follow-up sessions after the retreat with course facilitators to ensure you stay committed to the process.

You will also receive member access to the ScalePassion Forum for Non-Profits for six weeks after the Retreat. The Forum is a private online area where you can get even deeper problems solved by the entire ScalePassion team of experts.
