/PRNewswire-USNewswire/ - The National Hispanic Entrepreneurs' Organization (NHEO) will cut the ribbon on the offices of the NHEO Institute, to be located at the Ben Craig Center at 8701 Mallard Creek Road in Charlotte. The NHEO Institute aims to foster the creation of innovation-based ventures, provide technical assistance, along with educational workshops and seminars. The overall goal of the Institute is to inspire the next generation of Hispanic entrepreneurs and strengthen existing Hispanic ventures to help them reach their full potential. NHEO Institute operates in conjunction with the Ben Craig Center and the Belk College of Business at UNC-Charlotte.

North Carolina Secretary of State, Elaine Marshall, will be the keynote speaker at the event, which will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27th. Other speakers include Keva Walton, Senior VP of Member Value with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Paul Wetenhall, President of the Ben Craig Center, Dr. Joseph Mazzola, Dean of the Belk College of Business, Susan Burguess, City of Charlotte Mayor Pro Tem, and Juan Pablo Giometti, NHEO President and CEO. The invitation-only event heralds the opening of a center which will develop NHEO's national programs.
