Capital Gold Group Makes Donation to 'Hope for Haiti Now'

In its continuing commitment to give back, Capital Gold Group announced today that a corporate donation is being made to "Hope for Haiti Now", the global benefit for earthquake relief.
To date, the "Hope for Haiti Now" telethon has raised $57 million dollars, not including corporate donations, large private donations, or iTunes sales, which is a new record for telethon donations by the general public.
Fiduciary oversight and administration of all the funds donated to "Hope for Haiti Now" is being provided by the Entertainment Industry Foundation, with 100% of the funds raised towards relief efforts in Haiti going to help the victims of the massive 7.0 magnitude earthquake that struck near the Haiti capital of Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, January 12th.
Capital Gold Group is urging other socially responsible individuals and corporations to support the relief effort for the victims of this devastating human tragedy. "Hope for Haiti Now" will continue accepting donations for six months at their website, www.hopeforhaitinow.org, by calling 877-99-HAITI, by texting "GIVE" to 50555, or by mailing your donation to: Hope For Haiti Now Fund, Entertainment Industry Foundation, 1201 West 5th Street, Suite T-700, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
Donations will help to deliver desperately needed relief supplies such as clean water, food, blankets, tents and medicine to the survivors. The death toll is currently estimated at 150,000 in the capital city alone, and reports are that that number may double once reports from outside the capital city are received.
Other recent relief efforts supported by Capital Gold Group include the victims of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake in the Sichuan Province of China, victims of the California wildfires, and victims of the floods and tornadoes across seven Midwestern states.
