LOS ANGELES, Aug. 11 /CSRwire/ - For the third consecutive year, California's largest commercial carpet manufacturer Bentley Prince Street, Inc. has been named one of the 2009 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

In honoring Los Angeles' best employers, the Los Angeles Business Journal ranked Bentley Prince Street as the second "Best Place to Work" among large employers (250 employees or more) in Los Angeles County. The award identifies, recognizes and honors Los Angeles County's best employers, benefiting the region's economy, its workforce and businesses.

"At Bentley Prince Street, our culture is built on engagement with our associates and customers. Our organization is successful because of the individual and unique strengths of each of our associates as we share a common goal to make our company the best it can be," said Anthony Minite, president of Bentley Prince Street. "This honor is a recognition of each Bentley Prince Street associate, and the enthusiasm, commitment and belief all of us have in who we are and what we can achieve together."

In receiving this honor, Bentley Prince Street was chosen from companies across Los Angeles County in every industry in the Los Angeles Business Journal's third annual list of top workplaces. The process included a rigorous analysis of every area of Bentley Prince Street's business, collecting detailed data through an Infrastructure and Practices Inventory employer questionnaire that evaluated policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The evaluation also included an Insight Employee Survey conducted among 250 randomly selected associates to measure their employee experience.
