To qualify for the Inc. 5000 list, U.S. companies must be privately held, for profit, and independent of other companies, as of December 31, 2007. Additional criteria relates to revenue growth of at least $200,000 in 2004 growing to more than $2 million by 2007. Verisae, Inc. had revenue of $13.9 million in 2007.
