  • Improvements to the average fleet fuel economy of Ford's U.S. vehicles and four of the five brands it sells in Europe

  • Announcement of a $1.8 billion investment in Europe in advanced technologies to cut fuel use and greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles

  • An 18 percent improvement in the energy efficiency of Ford's North American facilities, exceeding a five-year goal and earning Ford recognition by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy as an "Energy Star Partner of the Year." Greenhouse gas emissions from facilities were cut 15 percent during the same period.
