DELRAY BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2007--Habitat for Humanity South Palm Beach will celebrate the completion of two new homes in Delray Beach, Florida on Sunday, May 20. The dedication will take place at 1pm and will be attended by newly appointed Delray Beach Mayor Rita Ellis, Habitat for Humanity representatives, community
members, and corporate sponsors Office Depot and Bank of America. With the completion of these two homes, Habitat for Humanity South Palm Beach will have built a total of 69 houses since 1992.

The homes are located at 217 and 223 NW 15th Ave in Delray Beach. The house at 217 NW 15th Ave will be occupied by Dora Shiver and her four young children. Shiver is an employee of Unimed Health Systems in Deerfield Beach. The house was sponsored by Office Depot (NYSE:ODP), a leading global provider of office products and services. Local
volunteers and Office Depot associates from South Florida participated in the build throughout the six-month period.

The home at 223 NW 15th Ave will be occupied by Arenetta Hickman and her two teenage sons. Hickman is a deli manager at Publix and has worked there for more than nine years. The house, sponsored by Bank of America, was part of the Habitat for Humanity South Palm Beach Collegiate Challenge. Students from York College in York,
Pennsylvania; Hibbings Community College in Hibbings, Minnesota; and Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts spent their spring breaks in South Florida constructing the home.
