BOSTON, MA - September 13, 2007 - Ceres has been named one of the 100 most influential players in the corporate governance movement by Directorship Magazine. Ceres cutting edge work improving corporate governance practices was highlighted in the magazine's September issue.
"It's a great honor for Ceres to be recognized for the role it plays in encouraging corporations to improve their social and environmental practices," said Mindy S. Lubber, president of Ceres.
