Mr. Graubart's most recent role includes providing financial management and investment structuring to emerging companies. He was CFO of Prometheus, an education technology company and previous to that position, Managing Director/Partner at Calvert Ventures, LLC, responsible for private equity investments, financial advisory and new venture activities. He acted as sub-advisor to Templeton's Emerging Europe Fund and an advisor to Grameen Bank on obtaining financing from the Soros Foundation for GrameenPhone.
Mr. Graubart holds a Chartered Financial Analyst award, a MALD degree in international finance/business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a BA with high honors in economics from the Sate University of New York at Stony Brook.
