WASHINGTON, DC - Equilar, Inc. and the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) today announce the introduction of Equilar's executive compensation research to IRRC clients. IRRC subscribers who need in-depth pay-for-performance research will be able to access Equilar's industry-leading executive compensation data to obtain detailed coverage for benchmarking changes in executive pay versus financial performance.

Investors will be able to access Equilar research that includes the entire executive pay package as disclosed in the proxy statement - base salary, bonus, Black-Scholes values of option grants, and other long-term incentives for all executive officers Subscribers to this comprehensive data can compare executives against the financial performance of over 3000 companies, including peer group companies, and others.
