The LOHAS 8 Forum: The Business of Conscious Commerce being held at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey, Calif., on May 12th - May 14th will uniquely highlight how media and entertainment is being leveraged to educate, shape and influence consumer behavior and purchasing decisions while promoting a Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability.

Both attendees and speakers of the LOHAS 8 Forum will experience a rare networking opportunity and actively participate in the mainstreaming and growth of the LOHAS industry.

“By moving the LOHAS conference to Los Angeles this year, we are looking to create a more widespread mainstream appeal of the LOHAS message and further perpetuate the critical dialogue between the pioneers of the LOHAS movement and emerging thought-leaders,” says Brad Warkins, President, Conscious Media. “We anticipate this year's event to offer an influential platform where leading executives will have the opportunity to translate the knowledge they garner at the event to their own respective businesses and communities.”

In addition, LOHAS 8 will feature a number of trend-setting and interactive programs that will further illustrate the LOHAS way of life including a High Tech Zen Experience Lounge; all organic and natural cuisine created by celebrity chefs; and, an exclusive performance with the extreme athletes of the Action Sports Environmental Coalition, an organization that demonstrates how next generation sustainable leaders are creating enormous impact on the youth market share and the future of sustainability.
