SOLANA BEACH, CA--Armor Enterprises Inc. is pleased to announce the assignment to Armor of a signed agreement by Majestic Auto Ltd., a division of Hero Motors of India for the manufacturing of all Armor two wheel electric powered vehicles. This agreement includes the acceptance of Majestic Auto to use their engineering group for the installation of the components of the electric propulsion system on the Armor electric powered vehicles.

Majestic Auto has also agreed to handle the design modeling, prototype engineering and manufacturing of all future electric powered vehicles submitted to Majestic Auto by Armor and the Strategic Partners of Armor. This agreement also includes the rights for Majestic Auto Ltd. to act as the 'exclusive dealership agent' for the sales of any and all Armor electric powered vehicles in the country of India.
