Joseph Murphy Donates Compliance and Ethics Library to the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - September 20, 2007 - The Society of Corporate Compliance (SCCE) and Ethics and Joseph E. Murphy, Esq. announced today the donation of Mr. Murphy's Compliance and Ethics Library to SCCE. The terms of the donation include making the library available to SCCE members during Joe's lifetime, and complete vesting of ownership in the future to SCCE.

Joe has been active in the compliance and ethics field since 1976; his library is one of the largest private collections of compliance and ethics books, conference materials, and other resources useful for compliance and ethics professionals. Members of SCCE who wish to use the library are invited to contact Joe to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit. The library is located in Haddonfield, NJ, eight miles outside of Philadelphia. Access is at reasonable times, based on Mr. Murphy's availability.

"We are grateful for this considerable donation. Access to this special library is another benefit available to members of SCCE," said Roy Snell, Chief Executive Officer of the SCCE.
