Gray Joins Intechra as CFO

JACKSON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2007--Intechra Holding Corp., the nation's largest information technology asset disposition company, has named Marion H. Gray Jr. as its chief financial officer.

"Through acquisitions and organic growth, we are expanding very rapidly. Marion's financial expertise will be an important addition as we effectively manage this growth and continue to meet the objectives of our shareholders," said Chip Slack, CEO.

Gray has more than 15 years of financial management experience. He joins Intechra from Stewart Capital, where he was CFO and managed the firm's $200 million portfolio of real estate as well as its day-to-day financial operations.

Prior to his work with Stewart Capital, Gray was director of finance for NewSouth Communications Corp., an integrated communication provider with revenues of more than $120 million annually. He also served as CFO of UniversalCom Inc. and audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

A licensed CPA, Gray is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Intechra helps large businesses retire IT assets in compliance with federal privacy regulations, state and local environmental laws and in-house policies. The company provides disposition for personal computers, servers, networking equipment, UNIX systems, monitors and printers.

The company has more than 400 employees in six processing facilities that provide refurbishing, remarketing and recycling of IT equipment.
