LAS VEGAS, NV - January 8, 2008 "“ Atoll Security announced today that it has offset its carbon emissions with Carbonfund.org, the country's leading carbon offset organization. Atoll Security has offset emissions from its consulting operations and set a zero-business-travel goal.
This commitment places Atoll Security as an environmental leader in the Information Security and broader consulting community and demonstrates proactive steps being taken in the fight against climate change.
Atoll Security's clients and employees are very concerned about global warming. Considering the implications of climate change, carbon offsets through Carbonfund.org are a natural extension of the work Atoll Security does on behalf of its stakeholders.
Atoll Security first became aware of Carbon Fund's work through the Live Earth concert and website. As a small business, it found the CarbonFree Small Business program so easy and affordable that it had to join in.
