PHILADELPHIA -- In recognition of its demonstrated concern for persons who have barriers to employment ARAMARK (NYSE:RMK) was honored as "Employer of the Year" by Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc. The award was presented at the 2005 Annual Awards Luncheon on April 29. Christopher Culver, District Manager, ARAMARK Business Services, accepted the award on behalf of ARAMARK Business Services.

When presented with the award Culver said, "It is an honor to be recognized by Goodwill Industries. ARAMARK takes its responsibility as a good corporate citizen seriously and continuously reaches out to hire from the neighborhoods where it provides services. According to Goodwill, this prestigious award is given to a company or business that has encouraged the full integration of people with disabilities into the workforce and into the social activities of the company. The company or business selected has offered jobs to people with barriers to employment with open and fair hiring practices, made reasonable accommodations, when needed, and have remained open to employer liaison.
