GARDEN GROVE, Calif. - Money Mailer, a leader in the $55 billion direct mail industry has announced its strategic partnership with Children's Miracle Network (CMN), a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for 170 children's hospitals across North America.

"Partnering with CMN provides a valuable opportunity for Money Mailer to make a difference in the communities in which we serve," said Godfred Otuteye, president and CEO of Money Mailer. "We chose CMN because 100 percent of the funds raised will stay in the community to support local CMN children's hospitals. Our fundraising efforts will help the 17 million children treated yearly by CMN hospitals who receive the specialized care they need and deserve."

Money Mailer will raise funds with three themed promotional mailings tied to their Spring 2006 (March, April, May) mailings. Starting in March 2006, more than 21 million Money Mailer Miracle Envelopes packed with savings from local businesses will arrive at homes throughout the country. Money Mailer franchisees will donate a portion of their advertising sales to CMN, thus enabling consumers to save money while supporting their local children's hospital.

"We are thrilled that Money Mailer is a new fund raising and media sponsor," said Craig Sorensen, senior vice president, development and communications of Children's Miracle Network. "Money Mailer is an important vehicle for directly reaching millions of homes and will provide enormous exposure for Children's Miracle Network and its children's hospitals nationwide."

According to Otuteye, philanthropy will continue to be a priority for Money Mailer both at the corporate and franchisee levels. Besides being a key part of Money Mailer's values, he believes an increasing number of entrepreneurs, including current Money Mailer franchisees and those that may consider joining Money Mailer, are seeking additional ways to give back to society.

"Certainly our franchisees want to be successful and operate a profitable business, but we are now seeing a growing trend of social entrepreneurism," added Otuteye. "Our franchisees want to be able to feel like they are making a difference in the communities they serve. Partnering with CMN gives Money Mailer franchisees that opportunity by sponsoring fundraisers and participating in other CMN events."
